If you have arrived at this page, hopefully, you were searching for a site dedicated to instruction regarding the art of baking and associated topics. This site will be geared to the individual starting out in the kitchen. In my posts, I will endeavor to promote a recipe that I have used.  After using the recipe, I will give helpful tips to smooth any bumps I encountered along the way. I will also give honest feedback on what failed, why it failed and, hopefully, idea to correct the failure.

Speaking of any failures, I will encourage feedback from any readers who might be kind enough to share their expertise regarding anything I cannot resolve.
